I'M A KID AGAIN

You know how when you’re a kid and an adult asks you, “What do you want to be when you grow up? If you were like me you said something like "I want to be a dolphin trainer, hotel manager and bookstore owner”. I’m pretty sure no one is all three, but I feel like I’ve come pretty close. I’m writing and illustrating children’s books, creating a picture dictionary and managing a social media presence for both. It’s exciting to be so many things at once when I thought I only had the potential to be one thing.

It’s even crazier that I was only able to do this because the entire world shut down. Don’t get me wrong, COVID-19 is a terrible virus that has devastated millions of people all over the world. I want nothing more than a vaccine that will end this nightmare, but without COVID I would have never done any of this.
